These Wipes Can Remove *Literally* Any Red Wine Stain

We've all been there-one minute you're watching TV and sipping a glass of merlot, and the next your dog jumps up and spills your wine all over your favorite shirt and cream-colored couch. Great. Just wonderful.
At this point, you have two choices: you could freak out, throw your shirt away, and tint your couch pink from vigorously scrubbing the wine stain further into the fabric. Or you could take a deep breath, reach for a handy little wine-remover wipe you have stashed away for emergencies like these, and gently blot it all up. The latter option sounds a lot more appealing, right?
Here's the deal: Chateau Spill sent me some of their wine-remover wipes a few months ago, but I wasn't quite convinced. Red wine is notoriously one of the more-difficult stains to get rid of, and I've tried everything from seltzer to salt with little luck. I'm far from a lush, but I've had to toss one too many blouses with red wine stains to continue living this way. So I decided to give the Chateau Spill wipes a try.
To put them to the test, I doused some red wine on an white old t-shirt. I didn't have very high hopes, but after some strategic blotting the stain disappeared entirely. While I definitely don't recommend purposely spilling red wine, I will say that these wipes are the best thing I've found when it comes to getting rid of those pesky accidental stains.
And, because I'm apparently such a klutz when it comes to holding my wine glass steady, I now keep these babies on-hand at all times (you know, just in case of vino-related emergencies). You can buy a pack of 25 on Amazon for $24, or you can buy a 4-ounce bottle of cleaning solution (great for upholstery or larger spills) and 10 wipes for $17. Trust me, you'll be glad you have 'em.
