Step 1: Boil

Place eggs in a saucepan, then add water to the pan just to cover eggs and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

Step 2: Let Stand

Remove the pan from the heat and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes to get those perfect, soft-set yolks.

Step 3: Peel


Use a spoon to carefully tap the side of the egg to crack the shell. Remove the shell and serve! Topping a salad or adding to ramen? Try slicing your egg in half lengthwise. For the perfect toast-dipping eggs, cut the tops of the eggs off and transfer to egg cups or a bowl. Don't forget to add some seasoning and sprinkle your eggs with salt and pepper.
