Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip

Just because TJ's Spinach & Kale Greek Yogurt Dip has less than half the calories and fat of a traditional spinach-artichoke dip, doesn't mean it isn't delicious—but feel free to bake it in the oven with shredded cheese on top for extra flare. Serve this with some pita chips and veggies, and you have a quick win. Bonus: you don't have to worry about getting the kids to eat as many vegetables at dinner. Crispy Rice Salmon Bites

This is one of Trader Joe's latest product launches, and we are here for it. These Crispy Rice Salmon Bites are crunchy on the outside with a tender salmon center. Plus, they come with a dipping sauce for an easy-peasy app.

While we tend to focus on enjoying heirloom recipes with family instead of exact nutrition on Thanksgiving, these are a bit high in sodium for our taste—680 milligrams for three bites. You may want to make your own sauce if you're watching your salt intake, but remember, you do reap some nice omega-3 benefits here that you likely won't from the rest of your spread. Truffle Marcona Almonds

These babies are a staff favorite here at EatingWell. They are also one of the only truffle-flavored products that are available year-round at Trader Joe's. Set out a bowl of these and prepare to have some happy campers in a few minutes or less. These almonds have 3 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein per serving to help satisfy hungry bellies until the big feast. A 6-ounce bag of Truffle Marcona Almonds is available for $6.49.

Creamy Roasted Cauliflower & Onion Dip

This cauli-powered app is a nice 2019 riff on your favorite sour cream-based onion dip. Now this is how we like our cranberries served—around a log of goat cheese! This beautiful cheese is ready to plate and would pair nicely with a little glass of vino while waiting for Thanksgiving dinner. This sweet and tangy cheese will cost you just $3.39.

French Onion Soup Bites

We were shocked by how low in sodium this popular freezer app is, and we know your family will love it. Topped with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese, these dreamy bites of pastry taste much more indulgent than they are. Mini Brie Bites
