Whole Foods' 12 Days of Cheese Is Back with 50% Off Select Artisanal Varieties
12 Days of Cheese lasts from December 12-23 and will offer a different artisanal cheese at half-price each day of the sale.
Forget the turtle doves or a partridge in a pear tree, Whole Foods Market is celebrating the 12 days of Christmas with cheese—and we're all for it! The grocer's annual holiday cheese sale will highlight a different artisanal cheese each day from December 12 through 23. Each cheese will be marked down to half-price on its designated day. Prime members will get an extra 10% off during this time.
"Our team is thrilled for the return of 12 Days of Cheese because we have the opportunity to showcase some truly delicious, diverse and innovative cheeses at an incredible value," said Cathy Strange, Whole Foods Market's vice president of specialty, product innovation and development, in a press release. "The list of 12 cheeses that we've curated includes a few award-winning cheeses and a few exclusive cheeses you can only get at your local Whole Foods Market. Each one is unique and will make a delicious addition to any holiday occasion."
These cheeses were selected by 386 people, including global experts from Whole Foods Market and the grocer's in-store certified cheese professionals. Shoppers are encouraged to stop in to their local Whole Foods to sample these adventurous cheese varieties and speak with a cheesemonger about any questions they may have, such as how to build a cheese board or how to pair these cheeses with other foods and beverages.
