Kate Hudson's Zero-Point Weight Watchers Dinner Only Takes 30 Minutes to Make
Kate Hudson has been a big advocate for Weight Watchers since joining as a brand ambassador after its rebranding to WW. While she received some backlash at first from critics saying an actress with no history of being overweight isn't a great fit for the brand, Hudson says this program is about more than just weight loss for her.
While she shared she wanted to lose 25 pounds after giving birth to her third child last November, she also believes WW helps her experience wellness, find support and achieve balance in her busy life. She frequently shares WW recipes and even jokes about her favorite indulgent meals not exactly being WW friendly.
Hudson recently took to Instagram to share a favorite zero-point WW recipe with her followers—Chili-Rubbed Salmon with Mango-Peach Salsa. This 30-minute meal is easy, fresh and requires simple, wholesome ingredients. Check it out for yourself, here.
Whether you're dieting or not, salmon is a great food to add to your weekly meal plan, as it is full of protein, omega-3 fats, vitamin D and B vitamins. We try to always seek out wild salmon when possible.
We have dozens of delicious salmon recipes that come together quickly on busy weeknights, and one of our favorites is our Grilled Salmon with Cilantro-Ginger Sauce, and you can top it with our Peach-Mango Salsa if you'd like.
