What is your favorite food? RJ: I couldn't possibly pick just one; here are a few: chocolate, Brussels sprouts (I'm serious, I love, love, love them), my son's special shrimp/avocado/rice dish. What is your least favorite food? RJ: Liver. I was forced to eat it as a child, ugh.... What is your favorite EatingWell recipe? RJ: Again, I couldn't possibly pick one. What is your pet’s name? RJ: I don't have one right now. What is your favorite thing about working at EatingWell? RJ: The opportunity to share my passion for healthy food with our readers. What initially sparked your interest in food and nutrition? RJ: I look my first course in Introductory Nutrition as a freshman at Penn State University and was hooked. What do you like to do during your time off? RJ: Garden and take long walks. What is your guiltiest culinary pleasure? RJ: Ice cream! What is your favorite international fare? RJ: Japanese. What three adjectives best describe your EatingWell experience? RJ: Fun, inspirational, educational.
