Jim Romanoff, Food Editor

Jim, a longtime recipe developer for EatingWell as well as editor of EatingWell Healthy in a Hurry Cookbook and EatingWell Serves Two, wrote for the AP before returning as food editor of the magazine at the end of 2013. He has worked for such diverse publications as Woman's Day, Fresh Ideas, Rolling Stone, Us Magazine and Details. He went to Oberlin College.
