A graduate of New England Culinary Institute and University of Wisconsin with a degree in journalism, Carolyn pairs her long-standing love for food with writing for EatingWell and other magazines. Carolyn’s culinary interest is rooted in her childhood; she comes from a family where food is more than mere sustenance, but a healthy and satisfying way of life. Away from the kitchen, Carolyn enjoys quality Frisbee-tossing-time spent with her dog Kayla, canoeing, getting active outdoors and home-brewing craft beer. Carolyn and her family live in Maine.
