This healthier Creamy Coleslaw has all the flavors of classic coleslaw, with less than half the calories of traditional recipes, only 2 grams of fat per serving and no saturated fat. Use 3 tablespoons each of nonfat yogurt and reduced-fat mayo. Whisk with 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds if you like that traditional flavor. Season with salt and pepper. Add 2 cups each shredded red and green cabbage and 1 cup grated carrots to the bowl and toss it up. Using a mix of red and green cabbage makes it really pretty.
