Put a pot of brown rice on to cook, using 1/2 cup brown rice and 1 cup water. Choosing whole grains over refined grains adds fiber to your diet, which may benefit your heart health. While that's cooking, prepare the cabbage. Starting with 1 large Savoy cabbage, choose 12 of the largest leaves. Boil until tender; rinse with cool water. Chop 2 more cups cabbage. Now, cook 1 chopped onion and the chopped cabbage in 1 tablespoon canola oil. Add 4 cloves minced garlic, then 4 tablespoons lemon juice. Keep stirring until the liquid is almost gone. Let that cool. To prepare the filling, flavor 1 pound 93%-lean turkey with 3 tablespoons dill, 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon each pepper and salt. Then mix in the onion mixture and the cooled rice. Lay a cabbage leaf down and cut out its thick stem. Put about 1/3 cup of the turkey mixture in the center. Fold the sides up, then roll it closed. It goes seam down in the dish. To make the sauce, whisk 1-1/2 cups no-salt-added tomato sauce, 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 tablespoon honey. Pour over the rolls and cover tightly with foil. You can refrigerate or freeze these rolls or bake them, covered, at 375˚F for an hour. Then uncover and bake about 20 minutes more, basting a few times with the sauce.
