Hi, this is Jessie. I'm here in the Eating Well Test Kitchen, and I'm gonna show you a practically instant appetizer that is healthy, too. It's ham and red pepper spread. So, you take cute ham, jarred roasted red peppers, a little bit of smoked paprika and cherry vinegar. Pulse that in your food processor till it's nice and finely chopped. Bring it out, put it in a bowl, and then mix it together with a little bit of reduced fat cream cheese and some chopped fresh parsley.
