I'm making Indoor S'mores. No campfire necessary. So I start with graham crackers. Break them into squares. Put them on a baking sheet. Top each one with a marshmallow, then put them under your broiler. It just takes about 45 to 75 seconds until they get nice and golden. Pull those out and then drizzle them with dark melted chocolate. You could just melt that right in your microwave, drizzle it over the top and that's it.
