Chocolate bark. This is awesome for yourself, but it's also a nice gift too. I have dark chocolate chips. Melt those in the microwave until they're nice and gooey. Stir in mixed nuts, which also happen to be heart healthy. Put in whatever kind you like. Spread it on a foil-lined baking sheet. Then pop it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Take it out.
