And you know what, frankly I'd rather not spend my 27 minutes driving around looking for lunch. So my solution is a wrap rather than a regular old turkey sandwich. And this one I'm making, I put a little butter-bean spread on there. I made that last night. And you could use store-bought hummus. Then I'm going to throw in a bunch of veggies. Whatever you have on hand will work. And while Jessie is finishing that, I'm going to throw some fresh vegetables and an apple into our lunchbox. And as you're packing your lunch, you should include some healthy snacks for the afternoon. We like yogurt, some nuts, so that when you get hungry you have something healthy to reach for.
