3 Quick Healthy Desserts 125 Calories Each!
Hi, I'm Nicci and I'm here with Jessie in the EatingWell Test Kitchen and we're going to show you how to make three quick desserts. Each of these has only 125 calories or less and will satisfy your sweet tooth. Okay, here you go, Nicci. These are mini ice cream sandwiches. We got store-bought vanilla snap cookies. We topped them with some low-fat sorbet and frozen yogurt and then we put the other cookies right on top. Throw them in the freezer for about 45 minutes to let them set up. And here I've got half a banana that's thinly sliced. I'm going to drizzle it with some chocolate, we just melted some semi-sweet chips in the microwave, and I'm going to top it off with a dollop of nonfat vanilla yogurt. And then finally, here is a great treat for kids. These are frosted grapes. We've taken our grapes, washed them and patted them dry.
