Jessie’s here in the EatingWell Test Kitchen to show you how to make super-quick, 100-calorie Kale Chips. She simply washes and dries fresh kale, drizzles it with olive oil and sprinkles on a little salt. “Massage that in,” Jessie says. “Then spread that on two baking sheets, taking care that it doesn't overlap too much.” The kale bakes at 400˚F for 8 to 12 minutes, until it's nice and crispy. “Pull it out of the oven and you've got Kale Chips!”
