Jessie shows you how to make an unbelievable instant Strawberry Frozen Yogurt.

First, she takes frozen strawberries and a little superfine sugar and processes those in the food processor.

While the berries and sugar are processing, Jessie stirs together nonfat plain yogurt and lemon juice. She pours this mixture down through the feed tube of the processor as it's running. She stops and scrapes down the sides a little bit, then keeps processing until the frozen yogurt is smooth and creamy.

"And that's it," says Jessie. "You just made delicious strawberry frozen yogurt in mere minutes." This makes a healthy dessert choice, too, with 150 calories per serving, zero fat and 83 percent of your Daily Value for vitamin C.
