I have a fabulous husband (who cooks a lot!) and two great kids out of the nest, to which I am still adjusting.

I think no food should be off-limits- including donuts and French fries, but as an occasional thing. I love fruits and vegetables and if it weren’t for a craving for meat once in a while (especially bacon!), I could be a pretty happy vegetarian.

To maintain a healthy weight and eat more whole grains and less red meat.
Walking the dog and playing tennis
