All About Me I'm an Native American from Washington State. I was raise on a large dairy farm,near the Canadian Border,father side. Mum's side were rancher in Flagstaff,AZ. So I know allot about both worlds. I'm now live in San Diego,CA. I have 2 grown daughters & 7 G-kids. I enjoy to cook,crochet,gardening & reading !!!

My food philosophy Is eat healthy, foods that have plenty of good nutrients in them.

I'm particularly interested in recipes For kids and families

I watch what I eat because I'm most concerned about my Food Allergies

My health and diet goals Is excellent & I lost 35 lbs.

My favorite farmers' market Is Pikes Market in Seattle, WA.
