I'm a Historian with a M.S. in Historic Preservation. I love to run short distances (under 6 miles) and do so every day, but some day I'd like to give a half marathon a try just to see if I can do it. I'm just starting to get into Pilates and so far I'm loving the pain, lol. Hopefully my body will get used to it and maybe one day my twig arms will be able to do a full set of push-ups :)
Even though I'm not a great cook, I'm always looking for new recipes and healthier alternatives to some of my favorite foods. Eating Well is the best source for my food choices. I always check here first. I love that the recipes include nutritional information because I'm fairly diligent about counting calories, fat, and fiber in my foods.
