I love to cook I look for food that tastes great and is also good for you. I collect cookbooks and read them just like a book. I have gotten pretty good and lowering the fat in a recipe and still keeping the same great flavor. I have just found out that I am gluten intolerant so now I am on a journey to cook great but gluten free, which seems to be a challenge.
