Vegetarian Burger Recipes (Slide 1)


I made them and tweaked the recipe a bit. To bond the ingredients I added 2 whipped egg whites. We grilled them which made them delicious. They are huge when making only 4 servings so next time I will form 6 patties. I will make again.

These were by far the BEST burgers I have ever eaten! My kiddos inhaled them and my husband kept commenting on how delicious they were in between each bit. I followed the recipe exactly and got 8 nice sized patties. I might try grilling them next time to see how that works. Super yum! A new family favorite!
