This recipe is so easy and so delicious, I have been looking for a whole wheat recipe like this one. My mother used to make this dish but with ground beef and no chickpeas or chorizo .I enjoy the toasted pasta takes me back to my childhood. I will make it again ,like the added chickpeas and chorizo ,I was never a fan of chorizo because of it being greasy, did have to drain it and with just a small amount that the recipe calls for, it gives it just the right dingy favor. I will definitely make it again. Thank you eating well. I was so happy to receive my September / October issue.
