This was an awesome stew! Really quite easy to make, and it makes plenty. Serve with a piece of naan bread or a bistro roll.

I am trying to find the recipes from the January/February, 2013 issue of the magazine. When I click that site on, there are pictures of recipes that are not in the issue, even though the page I was on cleary stated it was that issue. It seems very hard to find the recipes that are in the magazine on the web site in order to download them.
