Recipes for the 6 Healthiest Fish (Slide 2)

I am sorry, but tuna cannot be presented as an healthy fish.
Tuna, Swordfish, Scabbard, and all the big top predators of the sea, are packed with heavy metals. Heavy metals are not metabolised, used or excreted in any way - what ever concentration is consumed, stays and accumulates in the body. And in the body that ate that first animal, and the body that eat the animal that ate that first animal, and so on, bio-accumulating up the food chain.
So, delicious as it is, tuna and other top predators alike should be consumed very sparingly. Surely not in each 4 of 25 recipes!
