Yummm Yummm! The only substation I made is I used date sugar instead of brown sugar! The date sugar is higher in fiber and a healthier option to brown sugar. Next time I will try using ground flax seed mixed with water instead of egg and unsweetened applesauce instead of oil. I will post again and let you know the outcome. Health cupcakes are usually an oxymoron. With a little creativity you CAN make it happen!
