I came here to make the same comment everyone else is making. Glad I'm not the only one. No way I could make any of these meals for $3 per serving and I live in TX where cost of living is relatively low. Poor job, Eating Well.

It's $3 per serving which means that if you cook for people of 4 it will actually cost you $12 to make any of this meals.

They are talking about $3 or less per serving, not for the whole meal. Try something like Aldi or Walmart.

Ok eatingwell, please let me know where you shop because I certainly dont know where I can get pork chops, waterchest nuts, udon noodles and bamboo shoots for $3 or less in Colorado???
