You need carbs for a balanced diet not losing weight. Cutting out anything completely is not good nor is having excess of anything. Jump off the band wagon and consult a nutritionist not a fad diet or television star telling you what they thing. There are a variety of ways to lose weight and the best method is going to depend on the person and there physical and mental capabilities.

No, you don't need carbs to lose weight. Carbs can be PART of a diet, but they are calorie dense and should be limited if you are trying to lose weight. Where do you get your information? Off of the internet?

You need carbs to lose weight. It fuels your energy which you burn when you Exercise. Together with exercise and eating right (including carbs) anyone can lose weight.

CARBS ARE NOT LOW CALORIE OR HEALTHY. if people want to lose weight cut out bread, rice and pasta. this is totally bullshit 'healthy' DO NOT BELIEVE IT.

Not a fan of the dipping sauce; kinda funky. Ended up just using barbecue sauce. Make sure you use fine-ground cornmeal. I used coarse ground and it wasn't great:(
