Buy the items during your normal grocery routine. Then the next day all of your stuff is there to grab and go. This is great for a morning breakfast, the trick is to not focus in on being "full". Focus on being healthy instead. There is room to allow for low calorie snacks like Whole Grain toast, veggies Etc....

I agree and Who in the world with a normal sized stomach can eat that and stay full until lunch time??? need a more filling breakfast

Your breakfast ideas are listed as "grab and go" ideas. Where on earth do you live that you get this stuff as a Grab and Go. Not anywhere I live and work I suspect.
