How are pancakes, breakfast tacos, frittata, grits, etc. grab and go? I was excited to see the recipes because I really need quick but was kind of disappointed in this post.

Half a pancake as a serving??? NO, not for that many calories. I'll just go to Undressed Skeleton blog instead, it's healthier and the food there doesn't leave me starving. Lots of these recipes seemed a little repetitive as well with multiple parfaits and smoothies. :(

Buy the items during your normal grocery routine. Then the next day all of your stuff is there to grab and go. This is great for a morning breakfast, the trick is to not focus in on being "full". Focus on being healthy instead. There is room to allow for low calorie snacks like Whole Grain toast, veggies Etc....

Your breakfast ideas are listed as "grab and go" ideas. Where on earth do you live that you get this stuff as a Grab and Go. Not anywhere I live and work I suspect.
