Wendy's Chicken Salad can be made even lower calorie by simply swapping out the regular dressing and either bringing your own diet dressing, your own spritz dressing or ask for their diet dressing. It's the dressing that makes it high in calories, not the chicken or the lettuce or the couple of mandarin oranges- even the few almonds in that package don't add much.

Really, you're commenting on a fast food meal? This is for people who actually want to eat healthy and know what's in their food by preparing it themselves. If Wendy's is what you want, then go get you're preserved-filled, non-nutritional "food" from them and stop wasting our time reading your garbage comments that have nothing to do with these recipes. To Anonymous from 10/17/12 - Not everyone has the luxury of being able to prepare their food every single day. So in a pinch its nice to know of other options. Let me guess, no kids, no family, and all the time in the world to make all the nutritional recipes you want.

I'll say that some of us do not want to feed our kids GMO foods either. I personally sacrifice certain things for my health and the health of my family. Fast food chains are what's wrong with our country. Just saying :)
