Fat doesn't make you fat...445 calories isn't that much either, if they are of the correct variety. You cannot get hung up on "counting" calories in an effort to lose weight. Rather, cut all heavily processed foods and as much table sugar as possible from your caloric intake. Eat fat...(the right kind) it will, wait for it, actually help you burn body fat.

This sounds so yummy for breakfast, but at 445 calories and 16 grams of fat....that is a HUGE calorie/fat hit to start the day. Will make this, but with just one taco. Much more manageable.
