Low-Sodium Recipes for Lunch (Slide 18)


Honestly, as a 200lb man who is trying to eat healthy, none of these fit into what I would call "lunch". None of them would be able to be made at 5am before heading off to work, and none of them would be filling enough to hold me over for more than 2 hours. Maybe if I weighed in at 135 and had an hour of prep time before each day... Do you have anything practical in your bag of tricks?
