I'm not really convinced, a lot of these recipes seem too good to be true. It's like you gave some ingredient advice and then contradicted yourself in a lot of the given recipes. More info as to how the recipes are good for you would be a good help, I can't take risks with my cholesterol how it is, and I'm a terrible cook, please offer more comfort about the recipes.
