Healthy Stir-Fry Recipes with Chicken (Slide 1)

This is fantastic! I used red bell pepper instead of green, but didn't change much else. Served it with the spicy stewed potatoes and spinach as well as roti recipes- all of which are found here and in one issue of the magazine. Preparing all three at once was a chore, but worth it!
