Try cooking your meatballs in the tomato sauce and simmer for half an hour or until cooked. That way they stay moist and also absorb all your lovely flavours from the sauce :)

Meatballs are so delicious! What's the best way to keep them juicy? It's so easy to dry them out. Usually I compensate with a side of mashed cauliflower and a healthy sauce.
