the key to any healthy snack is just that- it is a snack- portion size is the key as well as what is in it. Nuts, fruit, and yes even chocolate are healthy sources of nutrition, but they are not to be consumed by the boat load, which is truely the problem with how our country eats. So don't turn your nose up on some of these, they can be a health treat for your family- they are not lunch or snack every day though

How is any of this healthy?? Half of the items in the snack slideshow were already included in the lunch section. Heading over to cookinglight.com now...
