I made the Spinach skillett for a fast dinner...i did add some grilled onions, chopped basil a and only half the cheese but added a good sprinkle of nutritional yeast..yum!

Breakfast burritos were my go to for years. I've strayed and now I'm wondering why I've gained so much weight. :(
