Made these with raisins instead of the fruit. They turned out great (only problem is they all seem to have vanished too quickly). My one wish would be a better way to keep the brown rice syrup more evenly distributed...while baking it all pretty much seeped to the bottom of the bars. Even with that, they're a great hit!

Mine did not stay together. I tried adding some melted peanut butter in as well.

I just finished making them. I substituted honey for the rice syrup. They are falling apart. Did not hold together at all. What can I do next time. Is it because I used honey? What about using a couple of egg whites? They are very flavorful but I just need them to stay together.
