I love canning pickles, and hate the wait to try the finished product, so I decided to give this recipe a shot. While I cannot say that I enjoyed them, I can say that they are "different".......perhaps an acquired taste. I did ask my family if I should make more, and they just said "we'll wait for yours, mom". 'nuff said.
