Made the sesame-honey tempeh with quinoa recipe last night--Delicious! First time I have tried tempeh, and we liked it a lot more than tofu! We are moving more and more toward vegetarianism, so trying new proteins like quinoa. I bought a bag of shredded carrots, which saved time and energy. This will be one of our regular meals!

Fantastic!! Instead of using cottage cheese I used coconut milk...highly recommend this
because the texture changed from little lumps of chees (yuk!) to a creamy sauce (with
the parmesan cheese added to it). Flavorful, healthy and lots of room to play
with this recipe, the whole pan was eaten by 3 people in one sitting.
