If you are touting these recipes as "diet friendly", they aren't. Most effective weight loss plans are low in carbohydrate, which these recipes are not. I hope that people who are trying to lost weight, are not tempted to eat these foods, because they won't lose

Nothing healthy about potatoes loaded with cheese and sour cream! Why don't you list the calorie count on this "healthy" meal? There ought to be a law....

Wow, Almost all of these recipes are pretty heavy with some sort of flour. My New Year's Resolution is to be wheat-free. I do make those potatoes regularly though. :)
