I love mixing my oatmeal with apple sauce the night before, keeping it in the fridge. Such a treat in the morning!

We are all individuals and the key to losing weight is to see what works for you! What works for one person, isn't at all what another individual may like to do or eat. Just eat less and exercise. Just sayin'

I'm stumped as to why one would use egg subsitutes rather than real eggs. That just doesn't make any sense to me. Eggs are a perfect food. Yes, they can be allergens but you can avoid that if you don't eat too many during the week.
