Sorry I had closed this b4 I remembered to say that "not everyone drinks alcoholic beverages" so when a recipe includes it, it would be great to suggest or incl. what you used and define in ( ) ingredients unknown to those embarking upon a cooking experience

I was expecting delicious - I got bland. The oranges I feel should have been sweeter, there was almost NO sauce for the pasta. The overall taste was watered down even without the water. I would suggest regular whole orange juice and no cinnamon stick. My next time will be with Ginger.
