These are really delicious, not too lemony. I made some changes in my recipe and substituted my homemade granola for the cornmeal and instead of using so many cranberries I used dehydrated cherries, and trail mix. Also, I replaced 1/2 c of the wheat flour with chopped walnuts.
On top I mixed vanilla bean with the sugar and lemon zest....really good!
So you can change this one around, its very flexible and easy to make. I have made them twice and each time I used some different ingredients because I didn't have exactly what this recipe called for.

For the bagel with nut butters, honey and banana your numbers for Nutrition seem way off! Peanut Butter and other butters list at least 16 gr.of fat and 3 gr. of saturated fat for 2 Tbl. alone. Your calorie listing is too low too. Looks unhealthy to me! Elsie
