This soup is delicious! My husband said he didn't think he would like it but he tried it and he was very pleased. This is a combination of ingredents that I would never have thought to put into one dish but all the flavors work nicely together. I have already made it several times and plan to make it many more. Thanks!

I love this soup and I was missing many of the ingredients when I made it - no thyme, caraway seeds, apples or beef broth. I left out the first three and used water for the broth and it was still good!
