Unfortunately quite a few of these "low calorie" dishes seem to pack in the sugar.
EatingWell needs to take a look at changing guidelines and recommendations and stop peddling the tried-and-failed "low calorie" only approach. It would be great if I could turn to this webpage for sage health advise on recipes, alas, that is not the case when one of your dinner meals alone exceeds the WHO's daily recommended dose for sugar.

What to have with this? Nothing just a sandwich. Were is that side dish we need to see.
