Nothing wrong with carbs, just choose healthy, complex carbs. If you are taking carbs out of your diet, then you must be replacing them with fat and protein, which means you're probably getting too much of both. Now that's unhealthy!

Oh my goodness, virtually every one of these recipes is so high in carbs! Rice crackers? Bagels? Bananas? No thanks, I'll pass.

Actually the recipe says to cut the banana in thirds, so it's only a 1/3 of a banana.
