This soup was the beginning of a totally revamped way of eating for me. This recipe was my first success at making something totally good for me that was a pleasure to eat.

Anna, you are so brilliant! I first saw you at the Food and Wine event in St. Joesph, MI a few years ago, bought the book Love Soup for myself and several of my friends. I've been cooking recipes from this wonderful book for years. For some reason I never made the green soups until this morning.WOW! I love the "white bean and garlic soup with greens!"
I have never written a review online before, but It is a drizzly, cold morning in Detroit today, and this soup is a perfect antidote for the cold season blues!!!
