I don't know about all that dairy. It isn't all that healthy, and I disagree with dairy consumption on a philosophical level. First of all, milk is for babies, and we are not babies. Secondly, milk is intended for the mother's babies, and we are not cows.
Many major cuisines do not include dairy. The Chinese have gone for centuries without a drop of milk. Also, dairy tends to decrease antioxidant properties of fruits and tea. What does that tell you?
